3.1 The purpose of collecting and storing the User’s personal data is to ensure the sale and delivery of the goods ordered by the User. The scope of personal data is only those that are necessary for the provision of services for the sale and delivery of goods ordered by the User.

3.2 The online store “notyourfault.store” collects data for communication with the User, including the submission of a corresponding notification about the provision of the service, informing the User about the availability of the product, confirming the order, delivering the goods ordered by the User, for the communication of the courier service with the User, as well as for processing requests and applications from the User.

3.3 The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way.

Conditions for providing access to the database
4.1 The online store “notyourfault.store” does not transfer the User’s personal data to third parties, except in cases specified by the legislation of Ukraine.

4.2 Disclosure of the User’s personal data is carried out when the User orders goods in the online store “notyourfault.store”. In particular, the User agrees that the online store “notyourfault.store” has the right to transfer personal data to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the website of the online store “notyourfault.store”, including the delivery of the Goods.

4.3 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the online store “notyourfault.store” informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

The administration of the online store “notyourfault.store” takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

Other conditions
5.1 The user can at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information provided to him or part of it.

5.2. The online store “notyourfault.store” has the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy. 

5.3. All disputes between the Internet store “notyourfault.store” and the User regarding the violation of the terms of the privacy policy are resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, they are referred to the court for consideration. Before filing a claim in court in disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). The recipient of the claim shall, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, inform the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
