Delivery rules

USA and Europe: delivery via postal operators UPS + FedEx, Nova Post or Ukrpost, depends of country. Shipping for orders below $100 costs $15. Shipping for orders above $100 is free.

Delivery time to USA and Europe is approximately 3-9 days.

Canada, South America, Asia, Australia, Africa: standard international shipping (Ukrpost) or Nova Post. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, depends of country. Shipping for orders below $100 costs $15. Shipping for orders above $100 is free.

Orders are processed at business days from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Kyiv, Ukraine time. Usually we send the orders out the same business day we receive them. Please, allow us 1-3 business days to dispatch your order on the days of higher demand.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note: although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Please note that the recipient in the European Union will have to pay VAT upon receipt according to the VAT rates of the destination country.

Return and exchange rules

We hope your order felt right. If not, we’re here to help with returns – excluding sale items and those not eligible due to hygiene reasons.

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Ukrainian law, we do not accept exchanges on underwear (items such as bras, panties, bodysuits, stockings, garter belts, garters).

​Regarding products other than underwear presented on the website, returns and exchanges are carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the corresponding product.

Certificates are non-refundable.

The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, with tags and in new condition with no signs of wear (including no extraneous odors).

Shipping costs and any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges are non-refundable.

The buyer pays for the delivery of the goods for return, and in case of refusal, return shipping.

The decision to return is made taking into account the requirements specified in this section and the Public Offer contract, after inspecting the received goods for return.

In the event of a positive decision to return the goods, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such goods by the seller, provided that the requirements specified in this section and the contract are met. Public offer.

The cost of the goods is subject to refund by bank transfer to the Buyer’s account. Other forms of refund are not supported.

How to make a return:

If you decide to return/exchange the product, you must notify the manager by phone +380992936467, by direct message on the brand’s Instagram page: @notyourfault.co or by filling out the feedback form on this site.

Please describe in detail the reasons for the return/exchange of the product and your wishes regarding possible improvements of certain characteristics of the product.

The returned goods must be sent to the address and details provided by our manager.
